Two criteria for starters…that he/she works with Delta Dental Insurance and the office does whitening trays.

It’s okay if you don’t know if they work with Delta Dental or not. I can look that up.

My husband? the hospital and we are 165 miles from home. At 3AM this morning I was fast at the last emergency room nurse who was rude and I was given a dose of a drug and the pain that must be filled. The hospital does not carry the doctor needs. FYI… this is a new technique. Some people suffer with continual outbreaks & NO Abreva DOES NOT work in these cases. Maybe you ought to do some reserach to find out about new discoveries by the medical & dental institutes before you say to revoke someones license!
