being a kitchen manager in food service in Indiana you most likely would be able to be a bus boy in some family style environments. If they have a 15 year old on file they would most likely hire them first do to easier labor laws. You are only able to work till 7pm on any given night. and no more then 15-20 hours a week if I am not mistaken during school times.
