IUPUI (Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis) is in Indy. As for getting in, any engineering field is extremely popular at Purdue, so your best bet is to apply early in the year. September 1st they start taking applications, so I would make sure your application is there September 1st. As long as you apply early and have good grades in math and science, you should get in. Purdue does look at standardized test scores like the ACT, but it's not the only thing they look at. I think you stand a pretty good chance of getting in.
