In Indianapolis Wayne Township, what business would be most wanted?

Opening a retail store of any type in this economy is in my opinion dicey at best. If you are committed to doing so, I would suggest something that you have a great deal of knowledge in and something that will have a broad market base. Do your homework, look hard at the local economy and don’t be in a hurry to make a decision.
