We like to honor a Super Bowl team by featuring a local dish at our Super bowl party.

Corn…we have lots of corn ;-)

More seriously though, we have a lot of “home cooking” kind of things like pork tenderloin sandwhich or beef and noodles is a nother big one, but seriously, popcorn or corn on the cobb would be a great addition for a superbowl party

I agree with the fired biscuits and apple butter and corn on the cob!

St. Elmos has a world renowned shrimp cocktail I hear. I personally do not like sea food but i hear it is delightful

Definitely Fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches! see a recipe below. The Hoosier thing to do is make the actual tenderloin so big that it hangs over the bun by at least 4 inches on each side! :) Strawberry Shortcake is a huge deal here in the summer…For a short cut on the short cake, just use mini pound cakes as the base. Use lots of whipped cream! A Indiana State Fair favorite that i have never indulged in is deep fried twinkies and snickers bars on a stick. Lastly, make sure you get a good round of Euchre (cards) going during half time! :) If you don’t know Euchre, you gotta meet a Hoosier to learn!
