What does it cost to rent a Landmark Theatre in Indianapolis for a video game party?

get on the phone and call them.
They might get so much spam in the email and online request forms that they have screeners or spam blockers that caught your mail and tossed it before a human could read it.

I think that the party is a great idea and he is lucky to have you.
I think that your party will be a blast! If the price is a bit more than you want to pay, consider cutting back on the catering to the bare minimum and have your friends each bring a dish (if this is allowed)
Also of weekends might work better
