would I have to pay alamony to my wife if I decide to divorce her?

I paid for that instructs for assistant.sh doctor and I have mine and the daughter of 7 years I have no protection. The house is techinically my parents who owe the car. Work 2 jobs. but since my car accident I'm only working 12 hours a week until they buy a vehicle and a practical guide (to get my confidence back a little shooken up after the accident) and go back to I work full time. Has moved from Orlando to Indianapolis to live with me

    Indiana doesn’t award alimony. They only have irreconcilable difference divorce.

    my brother just went thru this with his wife who was cheating on him and moved my brother to my parents house and she moved her bf in.his house he bought!!!!..whats right with this scene?or the way our gvt does things?shes never worked one day since theyve been married…

Your payment will be adjudged based on a normal work week, not a period that is hampered by a temporary condition. And if she starts making a decent living as a medical assistant, then the alimony can be adjusted downward because she no longer needs as much money from you to support her lifestyle. The 7-yr old does not come into play since she should be getting child support from the father of the child, not you unless you adopted her.
