If you are under age 45 you can still report this to the police, they will investigate, find your friends. This is so awful, I am so sorry this has happened I hope you are in therapy. A therapist can help you with the reporting. They should among other things be charged with manslaughter. I’m not of course the police but they will be charged and the employess who participated in this inhuman behavior will be prosecuted. My prayers are with you and all who suffered! I just googled it and found that the school still exists. The police will find all evidence that will be needed. If this involved a death as you say there is no time limit to report and prosecute.
