Any place that will do that isn’t a reputable studio. Take it from me. I couldn’t wait to turn 18 and get a tattoo so I let an amateur with a tattoo gun he bought online tatt me in a friend’s apartment and it came out HORRIBLE with thick keloid scars in it. I just had it covered up this year with japanese dragon that took 5 months and $400 to complete.
