The best part of Indy traditionally has been, and still is, Carmel, Fishers, and the northside. You’re looking at a minimum seller’s price of $400K for an upscale 3 bdrm, 3 bath. Check out Hancock county. Good growth, nice area.

I’m sorry, I don’t know much about Indianapolis. I would like, however, to apologize for how most of the guys who answered your question were answering. You’re making an important decision, and a big step in your life, and these guys come in and bother you!

Sorry I couldn’t help with your question. Try to see if the realtors can’t introduce you to some of the residents in the areas that you are looking at. They may be able to help you.
