If your homeless how are you online??? Anyway I don’t think the situation in New Orleans is very good yet. But, I bet you can find a job helping to clean up and rebuild.
Is New Orleans home? There are lots and lots of jobs available…but housing is expensive and difficult to locate. Try craigslist or nola.com for job and apartment listings. I see help wanted signs every day all over Orleans and Metairie.
housing is a major problem here. unless you have the means to pay about 3-4 times what rent was preK, you will be having a problem. there are jobs now, in construction and food service. but housing is a real deal-breaker.
Okay i am the one that wanted to know how to help hurricane Katrina. I think you should stay where you are and then once ppl say it is safe and know it is then…..yes you should!
