Can’t say without exact details. It depends on the policy of the hotel and what service charges they have for any long distance call going through their switchboard. Most charge the long distance charge plus a $2 or $3 service fee. It might be cheaper to buy a ‘long-distance phone card’ and use it from a phone booth. Cheers!!
