anybody know how i can get a factory job at 17?

I was offered a job at a factory in Indianapolis annodizing and the kind he gave me a applacation but a week later he called back and said that I had to be 18 but thinks there was a way for me to work there (IE ect of a complete form of liability.) so that there was such a form out there that I could have my sighn of parents that would allow me to work there and that should not emancipated at 17?
