My boyfriend just got a job in Carmel, he wants to live south of Indianapolis. I am from the west, so I have no clue about the area, I do need to take into consideration the schools, the cost, and of course safe and decent neighborhoods. I also can’t commute too far to a job, Can anyone give me a few pointers?
